Score = passed applicable checks / all applicable checks x 100. Exclude genuine N/A only. Blocked and not-inspected checks remain in the denominator. No applicable checks: report no applicable checks. Any failed, blocked, or uninspected critical item keeps release pending. There is no universal pass percentage. Example: 8 passes out of 10 applicable checks = 80%; a blocked check still means an incomplete review.
