The template library does not ask for your name, email or customer files. Downloads do not enroll you in marketing. This page covers the library only; check the application’s terms and privacy information before signing in or uploading a video.

Recording briefs stay in the page

The optional recording-brief tool assembles the task details you enter with the template’s recording prompts. It does not send those entries to a server, include them in campaign links or interaction events, or write them to browser storage. Copying puts the brief on your device clipboard. Saving creates a local plain-text file. Keep sensitive information out of the fields and handle saved copies under your organization’s rules. Briefs are not automatically imported into Vid2SOP.

Search stays in your browser

Library search filters the visible catalog locally. Search terms are not sent to a library server or written to browser storage by the library script.

Interaction measurement

The library script does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors, read account details, or load a third-party analytics service. It can emit an in-page event with an event name, public template or collection identifier, file format and event schema version only. No event leaves the page through this script. Any later analytics integration requires its own consent and privacy review before activation.

Visits and file delivery

The hosting provider receives normal connection information when serving pages or files. Those requests are separate from optional library interaction measurement. A click on Download indicates intent; it does not prove a file was saved or read.

Links into the application

Links into Vid2SOP carry fixed campaign tags and a public template or collection identifier. These tags contain no personal information. This release does not persist attribution across sign-in or associate a template visit with a payment. Marketing consent for another product is never inferred from a download.
