OUR PUBLISHING STANDARD
Useful instructions.
Traceable limits.
Who creates the templates
Vid2SOP publishes these resources as operational drafting aids for service teams. We do not claim independent professional review, field validation, regulatory approval or certification. Examples are illustrative; they are not customer results.
What every procedure must include
A defined purpose and boundary, responsible roles, preparation requirements, a usable sequence, acceptance checks, records, exceptions and recording prompts. Downloads must match the online procedure and contain no invented approval or effective date.
Before your team uses a template
Assign a process owner. Adapt the method to the site, equipment, products and local requirements. Pilot it with authorized personnel. Record the reviewer, approver, effective date and any training restrictions. A downloaded file is not approval to perform specialist work.
How revisions work
The template version and update date describe this library resource. Your approved SOP needs its own controlled version and effective date. Review after relevant equipment, process or site changes. Keep superseded copies out of normal use.
Use and redistribution
You may download, edit and use these templates for your organization’s internal operations, including commercial service delivery. Do not resell or redistribute unmodified library files as a competing template library. This permission does not grant rights to third-party referenced material or Vid2SOP trademarks.
Corrections
Report a suspected error through the support route currently provided in the Vid2SOP application, naming the template and version without sending customer records. Stop using a disputed instruction until your responsible reviewer resolves it.
